SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPERS

Abstracts, articles, presentations and reports, manuscripts to be considered complicated Case Reports, must be submitted STRICTLY before the deadline of August the 1st, 2015, to the following email: radonc_journal@mail.ru.

All speakers, making the oral presentations & reports at workshops are requested to submit to the Congress Organizing Committee for consideration an abstract of their presentation with a markup: to speak with an oral presentation; please, send it to the following email: radonc_journal@mail.ru, by the deadline of August, the 1st, 2015.

GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPERS CONTENTS AND FORMATTING

Articles must be formatted in accordance with the article submission guidelines of medical journal “Oncopediatriya” (Oncopediatrics).  Download article submission guidelines.

GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS

• The volume of the reports & presentations must not exceed 6 pages, the volume of abstracts must not exceed 2 pages;
• Reports & presentations should be done as a separate file Microsoft Word;
• A4 pages with margins of 2.5 cm must be numbered, font - Times New Roman 12 pt with 1,5 line spacing;
• The lead must include: Author’s full name (the last name followed by initials) without indication of the type of degree academic status and academic title; the second paragraph must include: title of report/ presentation in bold print; the third paragraph must include: name of organization/ institution, location (city/ town) and state. Presenter’s name should be emphasized.
• The file of the article should be entitled by the first author's surname, for example, Ivanov.doc;
• The postal address, telephone, fax and e-mail address are to be specified at the end of an abstract or report.

Scientific papers that do not meet the above listed requirements or are sent after the deadline will not be accepted.

All materials submitted will be published in the 3d issue of scientific & practical journal "Onсopediatriya" of Russian Society of Pediatric Oncologists, which will be fully dedicated to the Congress proceedings.

Abstracts submitted as oral presentations will be approved before September the 1st, 2015.
